To support Kennedys Law with their large-scale office move, Paramount Facility Management Solutions executed a comprehensive decommissioning and relocation project spanning two full floors and 30,000 square feet. The project included a total of 63 private offices and 70 cubicles, along with a coordinated effort to repurpose and donate existing furniture to reduce waste and promote sustainability. The refreshed space also features a fully equipped exercise gym, enhancing employee wellness and supporting a healthier workplace environment.
Led by William Scott, the Paramount team went above and beyond to ensure a seamless transition. Every detail from managing logistics to performing multiple “sweeps” of the building to ensure no items were missed was handled with precision and care. The team’s commitment to sustainability played a key role, successfully finding new homes for much of the furniture and keeping it out of landfills through thoughtful donation partnerships.
